Hat came folded in a plastic bag.not in a box to give it protection or to keep the shape it is supposed to be in.looked more like a bonnet than a fedora.the chain looking thing is plastic and was not even attached to the hat.was so disappointed and wanted to return but my little niece wanted it??????The hat was packed in a plastic bag when I received it it was flat like a pancake not even able to wear it so I sent it back ASAPCame in a plastic wrapper. HAT WAS CRUSHED IN. Almost unwearable! Very disappointed but when you buy cheap expect cheaper ?I like it but it missing the gold chain to the hatHat arrived crushed and shapless, no chain around gatI wanted to really love this hat. After receiving it I noticed it came in a bag and crushed. The shape was completely distorted. Don’t waste your money.I love the hat but hate it is bent up! I need it for an event on Tuesday otherwise I would send back…. I was totally shocked to see it not in a box but just stuffed in my mailbox…
