After finishing a new porch I realized I needed an ADA-compliant handrail. The only one available over the counter in my area looked like it would be hard to install so I ordered this one. The only hard part was cutting the rail to the correct length. One of the end caps was defective, but one call to the company and a replacement end cap was in my hands two days later. Installation was very easy. Not only is there an instruction sheet, but the instructions for each part are also listed on the bag holding that part. The packaging was first rate. The finish on the product is excellent. And the brackets that attach the rail to the wall or posts have smoothly beveled edges so that should a dangling finger come in contact with the bracket there will be no cuts or bruises. The rail is very sturdy.
